Note: APCs are payable after acceptance of the manuscript and before publication.
Authors holding Lifetime Membership of the journal are fully exempt from submission charges and article processing charges (APC). All eligible submissions from Lifetime Members will be published free of cost, subject to successful peer review and editorial acceptance.
