Submission

Initial Screening
The editorial team checks the manuscript for scope, format, and basic requirements.
Peer Review
The editor invites independent experts to review the manuscript (double-blind).
Editorial Decision
Based on reviewers' comments, the editor makes a decision: Accept, Minor/Major Revision, or Reject.
Final Decision
Authors submit revisions (if required). The editor reviews and makes the final decision.
